International Day of Yoga will be on Sunday, June 21 at Midtown Park in collaboration with the Consulate General of India - Houston. If you are interested in sponsoring or vending at this event, please select "Yes". Cost will be nominal and is pending. We will send you more information once it is determined.

Vendor booths are not included and need to be added to sponsorship tiers if so desired.

All vendors are encouraged to bring battery-operated lighting for the short time after dusk where it will be dark. We have a limited number of booth spots that have electrical outlets available. In the spirit of consciousness, we encourage all vendors to bring silent generators, battery packs, solar panels, or any other environmentally-friendly and festival-friendly electricity options.

Please enter one item per line in this box and also include the amperage and/or wattage of each electrical appliance to be plugged in. We highly encourage minimizing the need for electricity as well as maximizing energy efficiency through the responsible selection of electrical appliances. This information helps us prevent overloading the park's electrical system. We reserve the right to limit electrical usage at any or all vendor booths at any time.

I acknowledge that I am the person named in this application and I have the authority to legally bind the business entity named in this application. I have read, reviewed, and agree to the entirety of the Sponsor, Vendor, and Food Vendor Guidelines and Responsibilities on this page. I understand and agree that I am personally responsible and liable for all of my business products, materials, and employees on the day of the Festival. I further understand that I must do everything to minimize liability at the Festival. I understand and agree to the load-in and load-out policy as described on this page and will adhere to it strictly. I understand and agree to badge policy on this page, including that badges must be worn at all times and that any misuse or sharing of badges may result in removal from the Festival. I understand and agree with the conscious philosophy that this festival espouses and will to the best of my ability align myself and my business with said philosophy while associated with the event. I understand and agree to the Promotional Consent verbiage on this page on behalf of myself, my business, and my business associates. I understand and agree that either myself or a representative of my business must attend the mandatory sponsor and vendor meeting the week prior to the event and that if someone does not attend on behalf of my business, my vendor booth may be revoked. I understand and agree that YOUniverSOUL must be notified immediately of any changes to the information provided in this application or any other communication regarding my sponsorship or vendorship. I also understand and agree that there may be updates to the policies and agreements for this festival, and though YOUniverSOUL will make every effort to communicate those changes, it is ultimately my responsibility to check this page for any updates up to the day of the festival. If I am a Prana Food Vendor, I understand and agree with all of the additional responsibilities and guidelines noted on this page pertaining to food vendors.

By typing my full name below as it appears at the top of this sponsor and vendor application, I understand and agree that this functions as a signature for all sponsor and vendor agreements and understand that the agreements become binding once payment is rendered.
